We may collect information such as names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, and service-related details submitted voluntarily through contact forms or inquiries. This information is used solely to respond to requests, provide services, communicate regarding customs, logistics, or compliance matters, and improve our operations.
Personal information is not sold or traded and is shared only where required to deliver services, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or work with trusted partners as necessary. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Information We Collect Through This Website
Information you give us. When you use our inquiry form, new account application, live chat, email or phone, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you need and information about your shipments. The new account application also asks for business details we need to prepare your customs agency documents, such as your Business Number, CARM status and the name and title of a signing officer.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the tools described below record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you and approximate location based on your IP address.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through the website, such as a Social Insurance Number, banking or credit card details, or health information. We will ask for anything else we need through a secure process during onboarding.

We use personal information only for the purposes described here or purposes you would reasonably expect, unless you consent to another use or the law requires or permits it.
Service Providers and Where Information Is Stored
We use trusted service providers to run this website. They handle personal information on our behalf and only for these purposes:
- Netlify hosts the website and keeps server logs for security and operation.
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
- tawk.to provides the live chat and stores chat conversations along with the technical details listed above.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. We choose providers that commit to protecting the information, and we remain responsible for personal information we transfer to them for processing.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer where the law requires it. Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted when they are no longer needed. Client records are kept as required by Canadian customs, tax and business record-keeping laws. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights and Contacting Us
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use (subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice). Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide some services. We will respond within the time required by law.
